Concerning your (Mstislav+ Savalen) OOC exchange. Changing the speech may not be the most interesting of ways to handle this. If we keep it, there could have been one simple mistake or maybe my people are lying, something like that.
I mean, I need my 20 hours of complete and utter madness per day so if you just ask to have for instance terrorists in Carlistan, chances are I will say yes. I personally was just a bit taken aback by the suddenness of things.

Well, we could say that there are terrorists who have a base in Carlistan and actually operate largely in Sellanis (they CTEd so I guess we can do whatever we want now). My government does not accept that possibility, because my touchy little subjects are a little... touchy but after more and more activity of terrorists, even my government will start an investigation and that can be when the terrorists strike back and wreak havoc in the Empire as well.
What do you guys think?

My government does not accept that possibility, because my touchy little subjects are a little... touchy but after more and more activity of terrorists, even my government will start an investigation and that can be when the terrorists strike back and wreak havoc in the Empire as well. So anyhow, I shall be presenting here the ORBAT of Imperial forces to conquer coastal areas of the former sellani territories. I would ask you guys to do the same whenever you use armed forces. This makes it easier to communicate and although other states may not know all of this, it is good if other players do.
