The following Bill is about how long votes should be held.
1. All Bills will have an allotted legislation period.
2. This period will last one and a half days (Special occasions may break this time period if necessary)
3. Any MP that does not vote within the allotted time will have his/her vote tallied as "Undecided".
4. If an MP states that He/She will not be active for a period of time, votes will be postponed until that MP returns.

A bill about enforcing the law and storing it some where. Section 1-the creation of the book of law: A book that any passed law by the parliament will record in it. Section 2- The speaker will be in charge of Registration and monitoring all bills in the book. Section 3- The speaker can question everyone about violating the laws of the book. Section 4- If the parliament approves the violation, the Supreme Court will decide about the matter،and will declare a penalty or absolution

Under examination, the constitution states that the speaker and the Chancellor run together during elections. Therefore, I propose the following adaptation to the Deputies bill.
Instead of the Chancellor having a deputy, his running mate (Speaker) will be his "deputy". Therefore, in the Chancellor's absence, the speaker would step into power, and the speaker's deputy would become the next speaker.
(If I haven't worded this well, TG me and I'll explain more)
