Hello! Seeing as there has not been a lot of debating about this new system proposed by Oceania, I would ask you all to participate in this thread, where we try to weigh pros and cons, possible backslashes and improvements. We want to change the region to the better and should cooperate and communicate to this end. Now, the new concept can be found here: docs.google.com/document/d/1L8lxdY--UkXQ1WhFX7b9HReRoAK2VLB1GKjHRDn8spU/editI personally support the idea. I was rather uncertain at first and was extremely unhappy with a few parts; a discussion between Oceania and myself took up quite some RMB space. The new concept allows for an interesting new system which would represent fixed views very well, letting us form an inclusive parliament. I have only a small problem with the Section 0.1. I believe that it does not have merit to put down the former system and the region itself that way. I understand that Oceania probably simply wanted to explain why a new system is needed but I believe that is not something we should have in the final concept. What are your thoughts?

I think it's fantastic and very unique. We should try and implement the system; especially since our parties are pretty equal in population.

Honestly, it's a great idea. Oceania has some unique ideas that he has presented. Though, I must say, it is a bit ambitious. I feel like we should get our government stable first, and then consider using these referendums.
