Xovland is imposing economic sanctions on Sellanis, and we have our military on standby. Sellanis allowed the Ralogian genocide to happen within their borders, without doing anything to stop it. The Sellanis government has repeatedly been hostile towards Ralogania and their people, and seem to be on the verge of invasion. We refuse to let this happen.

It was indicated that mobilisation would only be used to build up to an act of agression, as no immediate threats to the people of Xovland have been identified. We urge you to see that such increased movement will arouse the suspicion of other, possibly less peace-loving nations than us and could lead your country into the danger of impeding war. Savlen itself isn't about to be harmed, as the geographical distances are so extreme, but Bodensee is only 450 km away from Great Carlistan, and 600km away from Xovland. This could end badly. Our status is this: we wish you to stay neutral, pursue peaceful diplomatic relations as much as possible, open diplomatic relations with Xovland on our behalf, and keep the dialogue with Great Carlistan open. We hope that other countries who may be interested in provoking Bodensee or Savalen this realise that Savlen may have a smaller army, however it has a far superior method of training, which means that numerical advantage may not mean much. An example of this would be the (minor) conflict with Hedmark. Savalen lost 1 Aircraft, 1 Civilian and 5 troop members, with the casualty list not much higher. Hedmark lost the war in 10 days.
We warn any governments to refrain from attacking any major routes of shipping and trading that affect Bodensee, Savalen, or her allies.*

Mstislav, a leader in air force mechanics, is working on developing a powerful, multipurpose jet fighter. Specifics and armaments are yet to be disclosed. Test fighters have been seen flying off nearby the Tripartite Islands near Mstislav's Makarov Military Base. Countries who feel as targets currently are spying on the development on the fighter, with the Mstislavian Secret Police attempting to sniff them out.

OPEN PROPOSAL TO UNION
The Federal Republic of Mstislav arrived to a conclusion on the previous nuclear missle proposal- the idea has been passed, and silos are being constructed on the three military islands.
We come with, first, a proposal of drones to the table.
The Mstislavic goverment is requesting to deploy surveillance in Ralogian territory, Sellanis, Xovland, and the state itself.
Xovland surveillance will be purposely for the purpose of collaboration with the Xovland government to help against the Sellanis situation.
Ralogian survellience will be for purpose of keeping watch on the border, to anticipate military movements of the Sellanis regime.
If Sellanis wishes to prevent this, Sellanis will take action against the Ralogian genocide. Please respond to these subjects. We respect your decision to not allow this, as it is not kind of us to ask for something like this.
Mstislav requests military access from Savalen. We will be in the air space, but avoiding all major cities. The Mstislav Air Wing and Mstislav Ground Wing are willing to do drills with the Savalen wings, and cooperate on defense building such as bunkers, naval bases, air strips, etc.. This will reduce tension between our two nations and benefit us in many ways.
As for all nations equally, you may have noticed the mobilisation of Xovland and the Mstislavian territories. This is for the reason of being dismayed at the fact we have saw the genocide of Ralogians. As for this, we propose trade sanctions against Sellanis for oil, uranium, books, lumber, and many other products. This era of tensions will silence upon the genocide, as sense of an invasion could come soon...

Savalen and Bodensee says 'no' to the Mstislav state.
Savalen has rejected the Mstislav State's offer of doing defensive drills with the air wing. It has also categorically rejected the idea that Mstislav's air force would be allowed to fly over Savalen. It has been noted as a provokation to Bodensee's refusal to take sides in the current conflict. The Advisor for Defence has issued a statement stating 'ideological differences', the fact that there would be 'no point I doing these drills other than to take political sides in a small matter far away from Tynset'. He also is quoted as saying privately 'these dung-heads think they can build one good plane, and have an air force as good as Savalen'?!?! They make me laugh'.
Matthias Kadar, Level 5 representative of the Savalenian government has also issued a speech, which can be summarized in a two points: We wish for the safety of the region in question (Sellanis/Xovland/Ralogania). We ask that all nations abandon weapons and come to the debating table.
Secondly, we will not be participating in drills with any country that has decided to exert pressure using military force.
David Cornelius and Fredrick Newland, Minister for Bodensee and the Level 3 Representative for Bodensee have come out stating that Bodensee will not allow war within the region. Bodensee has also asked for al nations to come to the debating table in Tynset, but noticeably left out both The Mstislav State and Ralogania.
David Cornelius finished the topic of his speech by announcing that Mstislav will have to 'back down' or 'face consequences within the parameters of trade'. As we all know, Bodensee has a large export of food and drink to the Mstislavian state, and that without the imports, Mstislav will be much worse off. It is believed that privately David Cornelius, together with Dmitry Mikhalkov, Minister for Foreign affairs, has issued an ultimatum before 23:59 GMT for an answer.
The reaction of senior officials in the Mstislavian State is unknown.

New lucrative trade agreements for Bodensee and an unknown nation
Davaid Cornelius and Matthias Kadar were seen in conversation with unknown foreign dignitaries. Fredrick Newland is said to have accidentally told the Level 3 representatives of Bodensee about the nation in question, but rumours are so far few and far between.

A downed drone was found near on the Sellanis border, crashed and on fire. Officials believe the Sellanis military shot down the drone. Upon further inspections, the area was not in Sellanis airspace, but in fact in Mstislavian airspace. As for the trade situation, our main reason for our actions is due to the Sellanis threat. We have received reports of many Sellanis armed forces PURPOSELY attacking our military. We will not forgive this incident, and we are pressing down on the economic sanctions. As for military, we are in fact avoiding acting on Sellanis. Although, we fully support Xovland's actions.
As for that mediocre insult we had thrown at us about our planes, keep in mind we are a very new nation... and we do have a something we're plotting to revolutionize air planes technology. We would like think it would be nice to collaborate on technology, but we expect a "no" from your nation.
Getting to a better subject to help relations, we would like to increase trade between us. Perhaps we could send more uranium or arms to your nation for a trade agreement?
This was a quick telegram to make our nation's relations won't fully turn sour.

Decleration from the Imperial Relations Office of the Empire of Great Carlistan States of the Union! Our peace and order is threatened today by the build-up of armed forces and and the obvious distinction of influential spheres. Such a dismaying approach to international politics cannot be accepted by any and all states who wish to maintain order in our region. A conflict first arose after the mentioning of a genocide of the Raloganian peoples and states from far were greatly shocked at such alleged criminal acts. The Imperial government calls upon the governments of Ralogania and Sellanis to give a statement to this issue. Until the Raloganian state confirms the alleged war crimes against their people and therefore what could have been an action mispercieved by certain nations. Until this point, any and all actions of military or economic nature against any state and justified by the so-called "Raloganian genocide", shall be considered unprovoked acts of aggression by the Empire of Great Carlistan. We hereby demand that any and all measures taken against any nation with said justification be withdrawn immediately. Soon after the the declaration by the Technocracy of Xovland, in which the Sellani government was accused of genocide, a bill was passed in the Armed Republic of Mstislav, to enlarge the military and especially the state's nuclear arsenal. We were deeply saddened by the state's decision to not only act upon this within their territories, but to approach other countries to act as missile bases. To all peace-loving countries of reason, we strongly urge you not to allow missiles of any type and with any warhead to be stationed within your territories. Sellanis government responsible for genocide?
Mstislav on the warpath!
Rijksministerie van Defensie warns of escalation.
Soon after the Xovlandian government accused the Sellani government of having committed the unforgiveable crime of a genocide against Raloganian people, the international community was in uproar. Branded by Mstislavian officials as a "regime" and being greatly critisised to this day, the Sellani government has yet to produce a statement to the matter. Although the allegations were never even looked into by the Raloganians themselves, Mstislav seems to have taken it on themselves to intervene militarily. While their government whipped a bill through parliament sanctioning the enlarged production of nuclear warheads for use by the military and to be tested in the natural phenomenons of the frozen island in Mstislavia, nations around Sellanis were increasingly pressured to host not only Mstislavian air bases and intelligence posts, but missile silos to be used by missiles armed with nuclear warheads. To those we say: The people of the Empire stand with you, do not be afraid! Imperial Military Intelligence have been alerted to testing of possible new fighter technologies and the Imperial government is not amused. "The Imperial government cannot stand idly, while states come running along and mobilise their forces against other nations, their casus belli being the condemning of a government as a "regime"", a Keizerlijke Betrekkingen spokesperson said yesterday and although no names were mentioned, the recipient was obviously the so-called Republic of Mstislav. A Rijksministerie van Defensie spokeswoman was more precise: "The Imperial nation is still on the verge of impeding war, but the threat has shifted. While the government of Xovland have withdrawn from the conflict, Mstislav has been repeatedly harrassing nations in their and Sellanis vicinity and attempting to build a larger sphere of influence. The reasoning of such actions cannot be "deter any wars" as it was put, but to ready an act of aggression." Although neither their legislation nor other actions have yet been condemned by Imperial bodies, a statement went out earlier which openly critisises the warmongering forces within Imperial strike range, as Keizerlijke Betrekkingen dished out otherwise uncharacteristically thinly veiled threats in all direction. Mstislavian build-up worrying other countries
The Mstislav state had announced this morning the building of the MST-AS0, a tank with the possible ability to "level buildings". To know if this is true or not, the state has not commented.
As always, Mstislav has been a pressure again as for it's sitituation against Sellanis. Many people believe the sudden terrorist attack against Sellanis was planned by Mstislavic agents.
Alucna's submit to Mstislav has allowed them the expansion of missles, with the nuclear missles ready to fire at any moment.
M1 fighter jets were detected around the Sellanis border, and were shot down. The only thing was that IT WAS ALUCNAN AIRSPACE. As for this, Mstislav has been mobilizing more.
Mstislavian parliament recognized Great Carlistan on the fact of it commenting on it's actions, and is not angry whatever. Rusya Artemovich said he "understood the belief, and would figure something out about Sellanis."
Later this morning, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Molotov landed in Sellanis. He awaits to speak about the situation.
On another note, the large MTB (Mstislavian Trade Building) was finished. The towering skyscrape in the capital captured eyes, and is a major economic power player now.
Mstislav Team had a victory against Alucna in the national favorite of Hockey this week. They won 14-3.
