Artemis is a man with a black coat and a tie in it. His black boots firmly hold together against him.
Artemis taps on the mic, getting everyone's attention. His rally had taken 100,000 people to him in person, and many many more on television.
"Since the secede from the Russian Federation as a free colony, Mstislav was always for it's people. Rusya gave us our military power, but at this cost- An economic drop and civil rights falling. I would say that our people are not very happy... To further this, Rusya said there was 'genocide'. There was no genocide, this was just an attempted act of aggression. Mstislav will remain a safe nation, and my plan is for it to become an economic superpower with a free people. We are putting Rusya's military to good use for the better, however. To do this, first the course of action to make this region safe again... We are taking this to a formal declaration of war against terrorism. It is time to defeat terrorism now in the union, Mstislav will prevail."
Artemis backs off, leaving a cheering crowd as the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Molotov leads the rest of the rally for the point in time with the microphone now put in his hand.

Our declaration of war against terrorists has required the coalition of multiple countries affected to tackle this terrorist threat for good.
Mstislav will not be held responsible for civilian casualties, although civilians will obviously be avoided, because that is civil.
Military operations will be held in the area's of nations with terrorists inside them, as long as the nation agrees.
Any coalitions to defeat terrorism will be accepted.

OOC: Great Carlistan and Sellanis. I said it earlier, it had my old flag on it.

Two well-built men sit at one end of the table, backs to the camera. On the opposite side, a smartly dressed man sits with his face to the camera. The poor quality video makes the man difficult to recognize.

'Good afternoon, I am a messenger of Dmitry Mikhalkov and I come with a proposal,' says the camera-facing man. His accent is definitely not Bodenseean, but potentially sounds like its North-Savalenian.

'You too, what is your proposal?'

'An alliance with you, Sellanis.'

'Interesting, we will consider it.' The two men get up to leave.

'Wait, I have not finished. I, on behalf of Bodensee and Savalen, would like to ask a couple of questions.'

The two men sit back down.

'I have just two:
Was there a genocide?
What do you think of Mstislav?'

The man on the left signals the man on the right to leave. The two remaining men wait for a few seconds until the door shuts with a loud *clunk*.

'I will answer the second question first. They are young to this world and do not understand what they are doing. All of the information they tell Xovland comes straight to us, Sellanis.'

'You are allies?'

'No, they don't understand that we track their every move. We know exactly how much of a failure the nuclear testing was on their frozen islands. We know where to hit their 'new tech planes'. Anywhere! They are too heavy for good protection.'

'Really?'

'Yes.' The two men chuckle.

The Savalen messenger replies. 'You know, with all these false accusations, I think I need to tell you that the suspected terrorists in Bodensee are real people, but the red 'blood' was actually from the annual tomato fight at Holderbay. The suspected terrorists were the organisers. Can you believe that? Just goes to show how crap the Xovland spies are and how gullible the media is.' Both men chuckle. The messenger presses on, 'was there a genocide?'

'What do you think? This is all(muffled sound)...rue'

The footage dies.

In Savalen, in the Representative's Office, second floor of the Level 5 parliament, Matthias Kadar sits next to his laptop. He pauses.

He asks his adviser: 'What did he say, true or untrue?'

'I don't know, and the messenger was killed on his way back.'

'Where?'

'Somewhere near the Sellanis border. His tracking device is still giving off a rather weak signal. By using reconnaissance aircraft, we have gathered that his head was in Xovland, his feet in Sellanis.'

'Surely we can use the bullet to find out who shot it?'

The adviser sighed. 'I thought so too, but I was wrong - Xovland took the body and inspected it themselves. Here they found the tape.... They haven't listened to it for some reason. However, we were lucky to get this half-broken footage from the Xovland government. I am never talking to them again, send Dmitry Mikhalkov instead. They are a nightmare. I will leave you to decide what you will.'

'Wait before you go, what happened to the body?'

As the door closes, the adviser answers, 'They cremated it and the family have received it. I would come to the conclusion that it was a Mstislav solider in Xovland because if it was Sellanis, there would be an uproar; if it was Xovland, we wouldn't have the tape; but we have the tape, but not a word from Xovland. So its probably (OOC: Just for the Russian media: probably - вероятно, possibly - потенциально.) a Mstislav solider. I wouldn't tell anyone though.'

The door closes with a soft *click*.

A cruise liner was seen in the distance, not far from Kadar's summer residence in Bodensee. 'Ah, that will be the Emperor of Great Carlistan. What about an alliance? I have a couple of days with him - if needed, I'll go to the forests of South Bodensee with him.'

Kadar shuffled his papers, found his welcoming speech and continued learning it.

'Imperator vivåt. *pause* 'Imperator vivát? Or is it Imperator vivæt'

He gets up and opens the door. He looks at the door opposite and shouts: 'Kurt, you Carlistanian shit, come here'

"Sir,a person is here to see you",says my bodyguard.
"Send him in",replies President Arnold.
*A man with a sniper rifle walks in*
"I was sent by General Abum sir,we are hired agents sir,our mission is spy of Savalen we even have a guy going undercover to become one of their leader's advisors" exclaims the man
"Wonderful"

Kortatian leader Arnold Schawrznegger replies by saying "We need ze weopons to fiteuhhh"
"We have ben look down upon for too long! Ze only way to have peace is to have unity." Arnold pauses letting the audience think about what he said and what that means. Arnold then sits down and begins to redraw the bounderies on the world map..
"I suggest you join us Xovland.."says President Arnold sinisterly.
